| The cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms (one double and two twin) each with its own en-suite shower room. One of the twin bedrooms is downstairs, with French doors leading to the garden. |
| The hallway (with a separate W.C.) has double doors leading to the large lounge; with its “tuffeau” fireplace, lovely pine furniture and plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs to relax in. There is a Television with satellite system,dvd,video player and C.D./Cassette player, and plenty of books to occupy you. Should you wish to watch a film, you may come and choose one free, from our extensive video library. |
| Leading off the lounge you will find the Kitchen, again with a “tuffeau” fireplace where the cooker is located. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a full complement of crockery and utensils and also includes a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher (there is also a washing machine and tumble-dryer). |

The private garden can be accessed via the lounge, hallway and ground floor bedroom. It has been attractively planted out and has a covered patio area, where you will also find a barbeque, tables and chairs, making it a tranquil place to sit and relax. |
| Guests also have access to our private 11 x 5 metre swimming pool between the hours of 10am and 6pm conditions permitting, which can be found just opposite our house, set on half an acre of garden. The pool area is fully enclosed and surrounded with shrubs and climbing plants, here you will also find tables, chairs and sun loungers, a covered patio area and solar shower. |
